Welcome to Bark Hike™ — where the trails are wild, the gear is tough, and your adventures with your four-legged partner are just getting started. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Gear Accuracy

We work hard to show our products exactly as they are. Photos, colors, and details are as close to reality as possible — but just like the weather in the mountains, small changes can happen.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR unless noted otherwise.

  • Prices may shift with the seasons — we update them without notice.

  • Payment is due in full before we pack your gear for the journey.

3. Order Approval

Your order is confirmed when we say “pack it up.” We may cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock.

  • The price was listed in error.

  • We suspect fraudulent activity.

  • Shipping restrictions apply to your location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Our delivery times are estimates — the trail can take unexpected turns. Customs delays, local carriers, and weather can all impact timing.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before setting off.

5. Returns & Refunds

See our Returns & Refund Policy for how to send gear back. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the set time frame.

6. Customs & Duties

For orders crossing borders, any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Safety & Use

Our gear is built for the outdoors, but we’re not responsible for injury, loss, or damage from misuse. Use your judgment, follow instructions, and stay safe out there.

We update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be here, ready for you before you place your next order.
